FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: HOW DO I SET UP AN ACCOUNT AND PLACE AN ORDER?
A: You must register an account online and then e-mail Sales@Toofastclothing.com and ask to be switched over to “wholesale” status. Please provide your tax id# , business name, address, and website (if applicable) in the e-mail. Once your account is approved you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
Q: WHO IS ELIGIABLE FOR A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT?
A: Any physical retail store or online store. Your company MUST be an actual company and you will be asked to provide your tax id # when registering your account. We no longer offer wholesale pricing to customers wishing to sell our products on ebay.
Q: DO YOU OFFER DROPSHIPPING?
A: No we do not.
Q: HOW DO I SEE THE WHOLESALE PRICES?
A: After your account has been activated you will be able to login and view pricing and place orders online.
Q: HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
A: Once you are logged in just browse our site and add any merchandise you like to your shopping cart. Once you are happy with your order hit the checkout button. If you are satisfied with your order complete the checkout instructions.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?
A: We have a $150.00 total minimum order amount, and for all first time orders we require a minimum of 2 of each design (not style) ordered. For example Hot Shorts- Green Zombie 1-Small AND 1- Medium
Q: WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
A: First time customers are billed a 50% deposit upfront and the balance is charged when the order is ready to ship. For all returning wholesale customers, billing is completed once the order is ready to ship.
Q: HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER?
A: Most wholesale orders ship within 2 weeks of the date of purchase, some will ship sooner and if it is an especially large order it may take up to a month.
Q: CAN I GET IT FASTER?
A: This depends on an order to order basis. For all expedited orders, please contact Jes in the office at 800.431.1528 (USA) 609.476.4488 (Int) right away with your order and she will be able to let you know if your order can be completed by the date you need it.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK?
A: They do not ship, you are not charged for the merchandise and no backorders are created unless at your request.
Q: CAN I USE PAYPAL?
A: Yes, please contact Jes at sales@toofastclothing.com to arrange payment.
Q: CAN I PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER?
A: We do offer COD to the continental USA. There is an additional $9 shipping surcharge added to your order and we only accept money orders or certified checks.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
A: If an item is defective or received incorrectly please contact Jes at sales@toofastclothing.com for a return authorization form. Otherwise we do not accept returns on merchandise.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?
A: No.
Q: DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
A: Yes. You can chose your shipping address and shipping method during the checkout process!
