Q: HOW DO I SEE THE WHOLESALE PRICES?
A: These are the wholesale prices.

Q: HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
A: Once you are logged in just browse our site and add any merchandise you like to your shopping cart. Once you are happy with your order hit the checkout button. If you are satisfied with your order complete the checkout instructions.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?
A: We have no minimums!!

Q: WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
A: First time customers are billed a 50% deposit on the order and the balance is charged when the order s ready to ship.

Q: HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER?
A: Most wholesale orders ship within 2 weeks of the date of purchase, some will ship sooner and if it is an especially large order it may take up to a month.

Q: CAN I GET IT FASTER?
A: It depends. Contact Maureen.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK?
A: They do not ship, you are not charged for the merchandise and no backorders are created unless at your request.

Q: CAN I USE PAY PAL?
A: Yes.

Q: CAN I PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER?
A: Yes COD Company check is fine.

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
A: No, not on wholesale merchandise.

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?
A: No.

Q: DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
A: Yes. You can chose your shipping address and shipping method during the checkout process!
