HOW TO ORDER

THE ORDER PROCESS

SUBMITTING A PURCHASE ORDER (PO)

Orders are submitted as purchase orders. Purchase orders are simply a "Promise to Purchase" that is issued by the buyer (that's you) to the seller (that's us) and that details the products, sizes & quantities you intend to order.

Your order will not be charged and/or shipped until any necessary adjustments to the PO have been made and your. order has been weighed & boxed. At this time we will get an exact cost to ship, and that will be added to the order. Please note, we only charge you for the exact items you are receiving at that time. If there are items on backorder or on pre-order, those will ship at a different time, and you will be invoiced separately for them.

FLUCTUATIONS TO ORDER TOTAL

Because of the nature of wholesale ordering the total payment due is subject to change. There are several reasons why your invoice total may fluctuate. Here are a few examples why this may occur:

  • If there are any out of stock items on your PO they will be removed from your order, that will affect your order total..
  • If you want to replace any out of stock items with other items of different value, that will affect your order total.
  • If there are different additional shipping fees, they will be added, that will affect your order total.
  • If you would like to split your order into different delivery dates,, that will affect your order total.
  • If you would like to add products to your order,, that will affect your order total.

Please note that we will contact you via email if there are any out of stock items. You will be given the choice to choose a different product, keep those items on backorder or simply remove them from your order. There shouldn't be any surprises when you receive your order! 

PAYMENT PROCESSING

You will be asked to choose your preferred payment method at checkout. You can choose from credit card, PayPal, or wire transfer. If you need to use a method other than those, I just listed, please feel free to contact us. Nine times out of ten we can accommodate your payment method.

DELIVERY DATE

Most orders ship within a few days unless you have ordered pre-order items. Orders will not ship until the order has been paid. Therefore, if you are paying via credit card, we must have your credit on file. Our policy is to charge and ship the order as quickly as possible.

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

  • ADD ITEMS TO YOUR CART
  • SELECT YOUR PAYMENT METHOD.
  • SUBMIT YOUR ORDER.

    SET-UP YOUR ACCOUNT PREFERENCES

    HOW DO I SET UP MY ACCOUNT PREFERENCES?

    In order to cut down on confusion throughout the ordering process, we are asking for all of our customers to complete an "Account Preferences Form". This form is available in everyone's account profile & it is accessible at any time should you ever need to update your address, phone or email, or to change your payment method etc. To access this form, first, you will need to sign in to your approved wholesale account, then you can simply click on the account icon that is located on the top right hand corner of our site that looks like this:

    Once there click the "Edit" icon to add addresses, phone, contact details, as well as your preferred shipping and payment method. You can also add information such as how you would like us to ship your orders, or how you prefer to handle backorders & pre-orders. Your preferences will be stored securely and they will be used on any future orders, until you tell us differently.  The edit button looks like this:

    PAYMENT METHODS

    Too Fast accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal, wire/bank transfers, COD and on a limited basis & if approved net terms. If you have a unique situation or you do not see your preferred payment option here just let us know, we will try and accommodate you as best we can. Here are your payment options:

    • CREDIT CARD
    • PAYPAL
    • WIRE TRANSFER

    Going forward, you will no longer be asked to enter your credit card details at checkout. Instead, we ask that you provide us with those important details separately. Your payment preferences will be stored securely and will be used on your future orders, until you tell us differently.

    SHIPPING OPTIONS

    We ship via USPS & UPS everyday but we are happy to accommodate other shipping methods if requested. Let me know any special instructions you may have & which method you would like to use. Some examples of available shipping options are as follows:

    • SHIP USPS PRIORITY MAIL ONLY
    • SHIP VIA UPS STANDARD TO CANADA
    • SHIP USING OUR SHIPPING ACCOUNT
    • SHIP THE CHEAPEST WAY

    ADDITIONAL PREFERENCES:

    Here are a few examples of additional preferences you may want to include:

    • CHARGE & SHIP AS READY
    • ORDERS MUST SHIP COMPLETE, NO BACKORDERS
    • ADVISE A START SHIP DATE FOR ORDERS
    • LEAVE PACKAGE AT BACKDOOR
    • NO BACK ORDERS

    Please note that until you notify us otherwise, this information will remain on your account & will be used on all orders going forward. Once we get your response, we will update your account & prepare your orders. Thanks!
